Some days are just like that

Some days I would rather just type away without a care in the world instead of worrying about the quality of others' work, if a typist missed a deadline, if a typist needs to be taken off a job for whatever reason, and all of the other little things that continuously come up.

Other days I think I have the best team of typists in the world.  They rise to the challenge when we have an abundance of work, are patient when work is slow, and put their best foot forward in the quality of their work with every job, making sure to research the internet for name spellings, proofreading their jobs carefully, etc.

This week I had both kinds of days.  It keeps things interesting.
